Product Specification

The Camless Spring Forming Machine ST35-12R combines a precision CNC-controlled servo motion system with the convenience of mechanical automation.


It is suitable for producing various types of springs with a simplified setup and programming process.


The machine is equipped with seven slides, one free arm, a wire feeding mechanism, and a rotating quill (rotational axis for tooling).


We design custom tools for specific operations such as bending, coiling, pitching, forming, and cutting.


Working space and tool angles are carefully considered to develop modular tool holders that allow linear or assisted motion across multiple slides.


The machine can manufacture a wide range of springs using wire diameters from 0.8 mm to 3.5 mm.
