Spring machines are machines that produce springs with the advent of various springs. Correspondingly, the richness and precision of springs are getting higher and higher.
1. Preparations before the torsion spring machine test:
1. The torsion spring machine operation test must be carried out after the foundation is completely dry.
2. Check whether there are foreign objects in all parts of the torsion spring machine, and whether the joints and fasteners are loose.
3. Check the lubrication pipeline of the torsion spring machine, whether the hydraulic pipeline connection is correct, whether the lubrication and hydraulic oil used are appropriate, whether the oil level is appropriate, and whether the lubrication of the lubrication parts is in place.
4. The auxiliary equipment of the torsion spring machine should be subjected to separate inspection tests before idling to verify whether its performance meets the specified requirements.
2. No-load test of the torsion spring machine:
1. First, start the rotation of the torsion spring machine and check whether each component is normal. Whether the voltage is stable, after checking the Z axis, check whether the Z axis rotation is stable and whether there is any twisting. It must run idly for 4-8 hours before leaving the factory.
2. Check whether the torsion spring machine has a grounding wire to prevent leakage points to avoid unnecessary situations.
3. Adjust the controller to manual operation, use the Y-axis movement repeatedly to see if the Y-axis operation is smooth and easy.
4. Check the following items during the torsion spring idling test:
a: The lubrication points of the transmission gears and bearings are fully lubricated, and the seals are well sealed.
b: There should be no large vibration and periodic noise during operation.
