1. When the computer is turned on, the motor will run automatically, the controller will weld the driver control line incorrectly or the motor will weld the driver encoder line incorrectly.
2. Differences caused by disassembly and reassembly of the computer controller motherboard IC, the computer system is restored to the factory value (data is burned into the IC).
3. The motor noise is too loud, and the motor driver parameter settings are abnormal.
4. The countdown or the outlet head is abnormal, and the motor drive parameter settings are incorrect.
5. The wire release is inaccurate, the Y-axis resolution is incorrect or the reel is not standard, or there is a problem with the mechanism.
6. The probe is not sensitive, the probe wiring connection is poor, and the probe accuracy and speed settings do not match.
7. The origin position is abnormal, the proximity switch itself does not work properly; the proximity switch wiring is abnormal; the sensor contact surface is too small; the two origins are too close; the controller internal parameters are wrong (including the origin speed parameter setting is too high, the controller solution parameter setting is wrong, etc.).
8. Press the reset button and the motor will move. The servo motor driver parameters are set incorrectly.
9. There is a pause state when the machine is running normally. There are two situations in this state: 1. After the wire is used up, I13 is disconnected or broken, which will appear in the lower right corner of the computer; please deal with it when the wire is used up; prompt, pause; state; 2. When I13 is interfered by external noise signals (that is, the I13 light that is always on is on and off, which is interference) or the wire frame cannot form a good circuit through the steel wire and the machine (that is, there is a short wire frame, the machine is not conductive), there will be no wire output, please deal with the prompt and stop in the pause state.
10. The cylinder cannot ignite, check whether the O-board wiring is normal.
11. The difference between detection and automatic is too large, and the handwheel high speed or inching high speed is not used during detection.
