The basic working principle of the spring machine:

The basic working principle of a spring machine can be divided into several parts: straightening mechanism, feeding mechanism, variable diameter mechanism, pitch control mechanism, and cutting mechanism.

1. Straightening mechanism: The position of the straightening mechanism is between the frame and the feeding roller. It consists of two sets of straightening rollers. The purpose of the straightening system is to eliminate the original bending deformation of the steel wire. Directly enter the molding machine to improve the accuracy of the spiral spring.

2. Feeding mechanism: The feeding mechanism is a device that compresses the steel wire through one or two pairs of feeding wheels, and drives the steel wire to move forward in a straight line through the rotation of the feeding wheels. The gears on the feeding wheel shaft with incomplete fan-shaped gears are used to complete the process. The speed of the upper and lower rollers is the same, but the rotation direction is opposite. The feeding wheel rotates once, and the feeding length is the circumference of the feeding wheel. The unfolding length of the spring can be determined by the number of revolutions of the feed wheel. The number of teeth of an incomplete fan-shaped gear is the number of revolutions of the feed wheel (refer to the coefficient table for details).

3. Variable diameter mechanism: The variable diameter mechanism refers to the mechanism that controls the outer diameter of the spring when tightening it, consisting of two ejector pins and a variable diameter cam that drives the ejector rod. When producing cylindrical springs, the spring wire remains unchanged. Adjust the two top pins to the corresponding positions that match the outer diameter of the spring, and then fix the positions of the two plungers. When producing variable diameter springs, such as convex and truncated conical springs, the upper and lower rods are loosened by two bolts, allowing the top rod to expand and retract within the tool holder, changing the external force of the spring and driving the push rod. The ejector rod is driven by a variable diameter cam.

4. Variable pitch mechanism: A variable pitch mechanism is a mechanism that controls the pitch of a spring. There are two types of mechanisms for this machine:

(1) Composed of pitch cutter and variable pitch cam. The variable cam controls the effective number of turns of the spring, and the bolt below the pitch tool adjusts the height of the spring;

(2) The cam drive connecting rod pushes the pitch knife out of the machine to better estimate the large pitch spring.

5. Cutting mechanism: After the cutting mechanism is wound and formed, the cutting of the steel wire is the last processing action of the spring falling, which is cut by the knife and core.
