How to solve the problem of computer spring machine camshaft not returning to zero position
Sep 08, 2023| During the use of computer spring machines, the camshaft or spindle may not return to its original position, which is a common malfunction. Therefore, it is necessary to reset it to zero before finding the correct initial position. So corresponding professional knowledge is required to operate. Here are the methods to solve the problem.
When the machine starts once, it needs to be reset to zero before finding the correct starting position. This function is achieved by using a cylindrical induction switch, which is installed next to the motor and triggered by an internal screw. The correct zero setting is to trigger the induction switch only once per revolution. When the induction switch is triggered, it will light up. After the correct zero adjustment is completed, the machine will stop in its original position and the induction switch will light up. The distance between the induction switch and the nut should be 2mm. If the distance is too close, it is easy to bump; If the distance is too far, the signal will not be perceived.
Reason:
1. The sensor switch is placed too close, causing the switch to remain open.
2. The sensor is too far away to receive the signal.
When the sensor is damaged, it always opens or closes.
Solution:
1. Turn the camshaft to the high position of the screw, then install the induction switch and reinstall the induction switch. After touching the screw position, reverse the switch by 2 turns.
If it is determined that the switch is damaged, replace the induction switch.
