When operating the spring machine; The debugging of the wire feeding wheel of the spring machine is crucial, as it will directly affect the stability of the spring machine during the processing process. Today, we will provide you with the following quick tips for adjusting the wire feeding wheel of the spring machine:
1. Debugging and calibration of the wire feeding wheel. Generally speaking, the left front wire feeding wheel has been adjusted to the reference seat at the factory and does not require further adjustment. When operating the machine, we only need to calibrate the right wire feeding wheel. Taking "Height correction of front and rear feed wheels" as an example:
① Loosen the pressure valves of the middle and rear wire feeding plates, and tighten the pressure valves of the front wire feeding plate moderately;
② Set the computer system to cut off 20000 grid lines before feeding, at 15 revolutions per minute, and shut down after producing 3 grid lines;
③ Stop the machine before setting production line 1 to cut off;
④ Fold the wire sent by the mandrel into a 90 ° angle for easy observation;
⑤ Release the pressure valve of the front wire feeding wheel and observe the direction of rotation of the wire feeding angle (if rotating counterclockwise, it indicates that the wire feeding wheel on the right side of the front axle is too low and needs to be raised; if rotating clockwise, it indicates that the wire feeding wheel on the right side of the front axle is too high and needs to be lowered), and adjust the height of the wire feeding wheel on the right side of the front axle.
⑥ Repeat the adjustment action mentioned in the previous paragraph until the pressure valve of the wire feeding wheel is relaxed, and the folding angle of the wire feeding wheel remains stationary and no longer rotates, completing the height adjustment of the wire feeding wheel. In addition, the height correction of the right middle and right rear axle wire feeding wheels is the same as that of the right front axle wire feeding wheel, and will not be repeated here.
2. Correct the position of the wire feed wheel seat. Generally speaking, the wire feeding wheel seat of the spring machine is installed on the wire feeding box and consists of two or more sets of wire feeding wheels. The height adjustment steps for the wire feed wheel seat are as follows:
① Loosen the pull rod, use two clamping plates to loosen the first two sets of wire feeding wheels, tighten the set screws, and then tighten one set of wire feeding wheels;
② Use an open-ended wrench to rotate each set of bolts under the box and adjust the height of the wire feeding wheel seat (such as clockwise rotation, the height of the wire feeding wheel increases; counterclockwise transmission, the height of the wire feeding wheel decreases).
③ After completing the relevant adjustments, lock the pull rod and fixing screws.
The horizontal adjustment steps for the wire feed wheel seat are as follows:
① Release the pressure valve of the wire feeding wheel;
② Loosen the fixing bolts of the wire feed wheel seat;
③ Adjust the horizontal adjustment screw of the wire feed wheel seat to ensure that the wire feed wheel seat is in a suitable position;
④ Tighten the fixing bolts of the wire feeding wheel;
⑤ Tighten the pressure valve of the wire feeding wheel according to the required tightness.
In addition, the horizontal adjustment method for each group of wire feeding wheel seats is the same, and will not be repeated here. In short, during the operation of the universal spring machine, especially in cases where there is a significant difference in wire diameter, we need to replace and install the supporting molds of the machine, as well as debug and calibrate the position of the wire feeding wheel and the wire feeding wheel seat of the machine.
